would like to order products from your Aloha-E-Store but I am
concerned with the security of my payment and personal
information. Will my payment and personal information be
safe and how can I verify that it will be safe?

Q: When I click Hear Hawaii, nothing
happens. What should I do?
A: Hawaiian Hits Live! is an internet
radio service that is provided for free. In order to
listen to the music broadcast you will need to have one of
2 standard media players installed within your
browser. Most widely used media players available for
free download are Windows Media Player or Real
Player. To download these players, please click
the player of choice in which a new browser will
open taking you directly to the applicable
website. Further technical support is available at
each of the websites.

Why are the webpages taking so long to
view?

A: Shop 4 Aloha is a website that
shares Aloha with everyone around the world. We greatly
appreciate those that share Aloha with us and welcome all

I recently placed an order from
Aloha-E-Store. Why hasn't the charge posted to my
account yet?
A: If your order was placed on
a weekend day or holiday day, it will post on the very first
business day following that weekend day or holiday. You
will receive an e-mail notification immediately following the
processment of your order. If none of these apply to
your situation, please call our Aloha-E-Store billing
department @ 808-551-3097 for further
assitance during the hours above or e-mail us at AlohaKokua@Shop4Aloha.com,
and we will respond in a timely manner.

Is the quality of the products offered in the
Aloha-E-Store guaranteed?
A:
Shop 4 Aloha is dedicated to providing superior
customer service and quality products. All products
offered in the Aloha-E-Store meet or exceed quality standards
and are guaranteed from the manufacturer. If at any
time, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly
refund your purchase price less Shipping and Handling charges
upon our receipt of product(s) in original, unopened packaging
within 14 days (all food products) or within 30
days (all non-food products) of receiving your
purchase(s). If, however, in rare instances,
your product(s) arrive to you in poor quality, we
will review the returned product(s) in
question. If found to be the result of a
manufacturer defect, we will replace product(s) at no extra
cost to you, or we will refund your purchase price.

I use a check or money order to purchase
products?
A: Yes,
we do accept check and money order. Upon selection of
your purchase, proceed to check out. From the drop
down list, select your method of payment. In order to
better serve you, we accept 4 forms of payment to include
VISA, Mastercard as well as Check and Money Order. Upon
selection of Check or Money Order, special instructions will

I joined the Shop 4 Aloha newsletter and would
like to cancel my membership. How do I cancel my
membership and all advertisements being sent to my e-mail
account?
A: Included in all correspondence e-mail from Shop 4 Aloha
and Aloha-E-Store are links to permanently remove your e-mail
address from any and all subsequent e-mail. Click the
remove link located at the bottom of e-mail and follow
instructions as directed or . If this procedure does not
permanently cease the e-mails, we suggest that you
manually block the sender of the e-mails in question.
We, (Shop 4 Aloha & Aloha-E-Store), are not responsible
for any and all e-mail corespondence and advertisements
received from non-affiliates. These may be a result of
spam in which we suggest you notify your Internet Service
Provider to resolve your situation. If you are in

Q: I want to order
a certain product but when I view it, the product displays a
"product on backorder" image. What does this
mean?
A: When "product is on backorder" is displayed
when viewing a product, it signifies that particular product
is not immediately available. This occurs when the
product is in high demand, manufacturers were unable to meet
demand or Aloha-E-Store has limited quantities of the
product. If you decide to order the product, your oder
will be placed on hold until product becomes available.
You will not be charged until the backorder product is
available to be processed and shipped. You will be
notified by E-mail when product is back in stock.
Although this occurence is beyond our control, we do apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause
